Prabhat Singh

Chairman

Mr. Prabhat Singh is the Chairman Board of Directors of Ultimate Gas Professionals Limited. He is an entrepreneur with business acumen and interest in LPG, Energy Solutions, Agro-Business and the environment.

He holds a B.com degree from India and is a chartered accountant. He has over twenty-five years of experience that have been gained in audit, accounting, Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") implementation and manufacturing in India and Uganda. Prabhat's progressive work experience has exposed him to the corporate world within and outside Uganda where he has acquired extensive experience in financial management and Corporate Governance.

He is a Director and Board member in various organisations, and has a wealth of experience in financial mobilization, Business Start-Ups and strategic planning.
