Mr. Emmanuel Mangeni is a renowned expert of the LPG business sector in the East African region; with over 18 years' experience in the downstream Oil and Gas/ Petroleum and Clean Energy sectors. He previously worked with Chevron and TOTAL as the LPG Manager, and was the Head of Sales & Marketing for a local business interest HARED Petroleum in the early 2000's.

He also has syndicated experience in Market research, Telecommunications Marketing, and Motor Vehicle Sales Industries. He holds an MBA in Management, and is a Certified Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM, U.K). He has attended several Trainings within the Oil and Gas, as well as LPG Industry.

He has severally been invited to Speak across the continent and globally on the LPG sector in the Sub-Saharan Africa region; including being hosted by well-regarded organisations such as the World LPG Association (WLPGA), Argus Media, and S&P Global Platts, among others. He is the Lead Planner and Consultant for the government of Uganda's LPG Promotion, Supply and Infrastructure Intervention programme.

He sits on the local standards body's committee (UNBS) which is tasked with formulating LPG standards for the country, as well as harmonizing them with the rest of the East African countries. He advises several Investors and companies which have got interest in entering the East African LPG Market.
